1. PURPOSE
Access to and use of the des-collection.com Website (hereinafter alternatively: “the Website”) and the products and services available on this Website (collectively referred to as “Services”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter alternatively: the “Terms”).
The purpose of these Terms is, on the one hand, to inform the Buyer of the terms and conditions under which the Seller (hereinafter referred to as «ΔΕΣ COLLECTION» or“the Company” or “the Business” or the “Seller” or “We”) sells and delivers the products ordered and, on the other hand, to set out the rights and obligations of the Parties in relation to the sale of products by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION to the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “You”). They apply, without limitation or qualification, to all sales of products offered by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION on its Website, which can be accessed online at des-collection.com.
Accordingly, the order of a product offered for sale on the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION Website by the Buyer implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before placing the Order.
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Nevertheless, the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the Order are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of placing the Order.
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION sells products on this website only to retail and end consumers. Any order that clearly does not correspond to a retail sale and, in general, any order that is deemed fraudulent will be considered invalid by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION. The purchase of products from this Website is strictly for personal use and not for wholesale or resale activities.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement regarding the supply of goods to Buyers by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION.

ΔΕΣ COLLECTION which operates the online store des-collection.com is the distinctive title of the one person company under the trading name “ΑΓΙΟΥΜΠΣΑΜΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΤΧΑΤ”, whose registered office is located at 25th March Street, number: 0, 18020, Galatas Troizinias, Greece, with VAT number 137580511 (A’ Tax Office of Piraeus). 3. ORDERS
- The Buyer can choose one or more products from the different categories offered on the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION Website. ΔΕΣ COLLECTION may at any time modify the range of products offered for sale on its Website, depending in particular on the restrictions related to its suppliers.
- The Buyer may read on the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION Website, before placing an Order, the basic characteristics of the product or products he wishes to order. In order to make purchases on this Website, the Buyer must provide his personal details, such as his real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information, in accordance with the form provided on our Website, as well as payment details if he/she uses electronic payment services (more information below in the section “Payment Methods”). Before verifying his Order, the Buyer may check the details in the draft Order and correct any errors. By submitting an Order to ΔΕΣ COLLECTION, the Buyer declares and guarantees that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when the Order is accepted and processed by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION, payment will be made in full. ΔΕΣ COLLECTION does not accept orders from persons under the age of eighteen (18) years old.
- Each Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, subject to any specific contractual terms and conditions agreed between the Parties. The Distance Sales Contract shall be deemed to have been entered into with full knowledge of the contents and conditions of said Order, and in particular of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the fact that the Order entails an obligation of payment on the part of the Buyer, as well as the prices, volume, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Buyer.
- The products comply with the applicable European and Greek legislation. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the possibility of importing or using the goods and services he intends to order by contacting the local authorities of the country of delivery of the goods. ΔΕΣ COLLECTION cannot guarantee that the information on the product packaging will be translated into all the languages of the European Union. However, this information is available at least in Greek and/or English.
*Pre-orders: A pre-order product is a product which the Buyer has the opportunity to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. This means that the item is still in production when ordered and is not immediately available for ordering. Therefore, before the Buyer registers the parchment, it is important to check whether the item is available for pre-order or not. The delivery time of products on pre-order may vary in relation to the products ordered, usually between 15-20 days from the moment the pre-order is confirmed.
The Buyer may contact ΔΕΣ COLLECTION and request that the size of a garment be altered according to their personal sizing dimensions.
*These terms and conditions also apply to pre-orders, unless expressly provided otherwise.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made for all Orders. Orders are payable in Euros, including all taxes and compulsory contributions. Any bank charges will be borne by the Buyer (including any refund).
At the discretion of ΔΕΣ COLLECTION, penalties of an amount equivalent to the statutory interest rate may be automatically imposed on unpaid amounts at the end of a period of ten days from the date of the Order or following notification of rejection of the bank payment.
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution of an Order and/or delivery, regardless of the nature and stage of execution, in the event of late payment or partial payment of any amount due by the Buyer, in the event of a problem with payment, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud regarding the use of the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION Website, including similar situations during previous Orders.
Payment methods as follows:
- Payment at the store, only available on ΔΕΣ COLLECTION store pick-ups. The order will be reserved for the Buyer at the store for a period of 10 days, otherwise it gets cancelled.
- For payment by bank deposit the Buyer will be given the bank details at the end of the order. The Buyer is kindly requested to provide us with his name and order number as a reason for the deposit and then send the deposit slip by e-mail at .orders@des-collection.com.

Upon completion of the order the Buyer will receive a confirmatory e-mail (“Order Confirmation”) containing all the information regarding his order.
5. SHIPPING
The delivery time starts to be calculated from the Confirmation of the Order.
a) Shipments within Greece
Delivery Period: All Greece orders ship with “Speedex A.E.” courier service. Orders that ship within the municipality of Troizinia, Greece have an estimated delivery period of 3-5 business days upon confirmation of the order. For all other destinations outside of Troizinia, Greece the estimated delivery period is 5-7 business days upon confirmation of the order. There is an additional delivery charge of 3,00 for remote and inaccessible areas within the country.
*Delivery times may vary for pre-orders, usually between 15-20 business days after we confirmed by e-mail your pre-order.
Delivery Costs: Delivery cost comes to a standard amount of 4,00€ on all orders up to 2 kg within the country (for every extra kilo the extra charge is 1,00€).
If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2,50 € on all orders. You can also collect your order from our store at 25th Martiou Street, Number: 0, 18020, Galatas Trizinias, Greece, free of delivery costs.
Delivery is also free on orders over 150,00€.
b) International Shipments
All international orders ship with DHL Express and the shipping cost is calculated depending on the destination. Delivery periods vary according to the destination, approximately between 10-15 business days upon confirmation of the order. Delivery is free on orders over 150,00€.

In the event of failure to meet the above delivery deadlines for reasons that do not constitute force majeure, the Buyer will have the option to cancel the Order, after sending an official notice by e-mail to orders@des-collection.com or by telephone to +302298043803 to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period of time and if there is no response to this official notice.
Refunds shall be made by means of a refund in the manner indicated by the Buyer as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days after the date on which the Buyer exercised his right to cancel his Order.
*Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDER PLACED AFTER 15:30 WILL BE REGISTERED AND PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY.
***Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.
6. ORDER CANCELLING
a) If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by email at orders@des-collection.com or call at +302298043803. You have the right to cancel your order within two hours from the time of order registration. The cancellation will be valid for the entire order with no possibility of partial cancellation.
Once the period of two hours from the confirmation of the order has elapsed, the Buyer will no longer be able to cancel the order. The sale will be final (subject to the exercise of the Buyer’s right of withdrawal as set out below).
b) If you choose the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION store pick-up, you are obligated to collect your order within ten (10) days after the confirmation e-mail we have sent you that your order is ready to pick up. Otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed with the full amount of your purchase within maximum thirty (30) days from the eleventh (11th) day of the above mentioned confirmation e-mail. If you fail to collect your order within ten (10) days more than two (2) times, we have the right to refuse to accept any orders from you in the future. This also applies to Cash On Delivery orders, if you refuse to accept your order more than twice.
c) We reserve the right to cancel your order if one of the following occurs:
- your payment is not authorized or in case of late or partial payment of any amount owed by you.
- there is no delivery service available in your location.
- you don’t agree to the Terms and Conditions of Website Use, the Terms and Conditions of Sales, as well as our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
- one or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amount of money that you might have paid, including the delivery cost.
It is reminded that the purchases made on the Website are intended for non-professional customers, for their own use or to offer gifts to members of their family circle. For this reason, ΔΕΣ COLLECTION only sells its products in quantities that correspond to the normal average needs of a household. We reserve the right to legally reject or cancel any order for which the number of products or the amount to be paid (for one or more aggregate orders) does not correspond to the normal average use of a household, any order that indicates that the buyer is conducting an economic activity in relation to the products ordered or, more generally, any “unusual order”.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
7. PRICES POLICY
The prices of sale of products on the Internet on the Website of ΔΕΣ COLLECTION, which are indicated in euros, are the prices that were valid at the time the Order was submitted by the Buyer. ΔΕΣ COLLECTION may modify the sale prices of the products at any time. Such modification will be notified to the Buyer prior to any Order. The prices apply in the context of distance sales.
These prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products. Shipping costs will be indicated before the registration of the Order by the Buyer, except for orders outside Greece for which the Buyer is advised to contact us for the exact calculation of the cost. The different shipping methods are mentioned above, as well as in a separate section of the Website.
Prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of placing the Order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION on its Website.
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION is headquartered at Galatas Trizinias, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.
8. INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION ensures each purchased product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the shipping destination. In case the delivery falls through due to the courier’s fault, we arrange a new delivery within three (3) business days with no extra charge whatsoever.
All ΔΕΣ COLLECTION products are provided to you in a special packaging that ensures that they will get to you absolutely secured and at excellent condition. If you have detected that your package is tainted or tampered with, ΔΕΣ COLLECTION does not assume responsibility. Please contact us to arrange a replacement for your order.
Shipments and deliveries are made to the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of products on incorrectly entered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company failed to complete the delivery, you are responsible for the costs of re-delivery.
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event shall include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following (indicatively):
- strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action,
- civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war,
- fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster,
- impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport,
- impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks,
- the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government,
- any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.
Our obligation to perform the terms of any contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. However, we will make every reasonable effort to find a solution whereby our obligations under the contract can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
9. AVAILABLE COLORS AND MEASUREMENTS
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION makes every effort to present in an accurate way all the characteristics of its products, including the composition and colors. The color that the User sees on the computer screen depends on the computer system of the User, therefore, ΔΕΣ COLLECTION cannot guarantee that the User’s computer will display the colors correctly.
The measurements of a product listed in the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION are only approximate, to better understand the model or application of the specific product, and do not guarantee the actual measurements of the product received by the Buyer. The final dimensions of a product may vary depending on the material used in its production.
For more information on size dimensions, please visit the relevant section on the Website. You are also welcome to contact us and ask us to modify the size of a product according to your personal sizing dimensions.
10. UNJUSTIFIABLE WITHDRAWALS – RETURNS POLICY – REPAIRS
- Unjustifiable Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to announce the reason why you want to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the exact date that the products have been delivered to you. This suggests that you will have to make your decision clear to ΔΕΣ COLLECTION before the end of the 14th day by filling out the Unjustifiable Withdrawal Form you will find here below, which you are required to either send it via e-mail at orders@des-collection.com., or include it in your package. For you to actually withdraw from the purchase contract, the following requirements should be met: the product should be in its original, perfect condition, never used in any way, should come in its original packaging with no apparent damages or tears including all of its original components.Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase.
You will be reimbursed with the full amount of your order including the delivery expenses, given that you had chosen the least expensive method of delivery available in our Site. Any additional charges, such as Cash On Delivery charge, are not refundable. The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received by us in the initial payment within maximum thirty (30) days from the day we received your return. If you choose to receive your refund in another way of that of the original charge, you will be responsible for any extra fees that may arise by that choice.
The delivery expenses for your return is your responsibility and you are free to choose whichever delivery method is available to you. Alternatively, you can deliver the package yourself at our store at 25th Martiou Street, Number: 0, 18020, Galatas Trizinias, Greece, to avoid the delivery costs altogether. If the above conditions, or even one of them, are not met, we reserve the right to consider the exercise of the right of withdrawal as not having been properly exercised and, therefore, to be deemed as not exercised at all.

- Returns Policy
You can return any item within thirty (30) days of receiving your original order. For us to accept the return, the product must be in its original condition (not worn), accompanied by the original invoice, receipt of purchase and in its original packaging. Also, your original order came with a returns note (which you can also find here below) that you have to fill out and send us back with the item you want to return. All returns must be addressed to:

Concerning the returns delivery charges and refunds, you can refer to the following situations:
– Product exchange (after the abovementioned period of 14 days for unjustified withdrawal):
In this case, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition as stated above, you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned, delivery charges not included. Also, any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.
– Wrong product
In this case, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3-5 business days from the delivery. You will be reimbursed for the delivery charge (up to 4,00 euros) of the return by deposit on the account you noted in the returns note.
– Defective product
If you discover there is a flaw in your ΔΕΣ COLLECTION piece within 30 days from delivery, we will replace or repair it with no extra charge (unless this is impossible or requires unjustified expenses on our behalf). You need to fill out the returns note you will find in the package and send it along with the piece at the abovementioned address.We will send out a replacement within 3-5 working days from the delivery. If the specific product is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail informing you about the date of the delivery (maximum period of 15 business days). You will be reimbursed for the delivery charge of the return by deposit on the account you noted in the returns note.
*It is noted that the Buyer is not charged with delivery costs of the product to be returned if he delivers it himself at our store.
**It is noted that the Buyer assumes the shipping costs regardless of the reason for the return of the product and then we will reimburse these costs after receipt of the product, if conditions as described at our Terms and Conditions of Sales Policy are met.
- Repairs
All ΔΕΣ Collection handcrafted pieces can be repaired at any time. You can contact us to get an estimate on the cost of the repair beforehand and then send your piece of clothing back to our workshop (this delivery cost will come at your expense) at 25th Martiou Street, Number:0, Galatas Trizinias 18020, Greece, accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and your contact details.
Alternatively, you can bring your ΔΕΣ COLLECTION piece at our store yourself (within working hours) and you will be informed about the cost of the repair via telephone or e-mail.
11. GIFT CARD ΔΕΣ COLLECTION
The products purchased with the ΔΕΣ COLLECTION Gift Card are in principle subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as are all other products.
Additional Special Conditions:
- The Gift Card may be used on the Website, on one or more occasions, until its credit amount is reached at the time of placing an Order, at which time it may be topped up with another payment method accepted by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION.
- A gift card may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
- The current balance on a Gift Card is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- You may only withdraw from the purchase of a Gift Card within 14 days (from the date of receipt) if no part of the monetary value it represents has been redeemed. As regards the exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Gift Card, the refund policy and other related rights, as detailed above, these Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
- With regard to the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the products purchased with the Gift Card, the return policy and other related rights, as detailed above, the present Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, except that the return of the value of the products will be made by crediting the value of the products to a Voucher.
12. EVIDENTIAL VALIDITY OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION safeguards the protection of the personal data of its customers by ensuring a high level of security, but this does not imply in any way the absence of an obligation of self-protection of personal data by the Buyer. In particular, the Buyer must safeguard the security of its electronic transactions by not disclosing, for example, the user name and/or password to unauthorised third parties. It is also recommended that the password used be changed regularly. Therefore, ΔΕΣ COLLECTION assumes no responsibility for the unlawful processing of the Buyer’s personal data through the fault of the Buyer, i.e. due to inadequate security measures. Consequently, the use of the username and/or password will constitute a fighting presumption of the true identity and of the payment of the Buyer’s order amount. Further, the provision of the bank/credit card number will constitute proof of acceptance of such order and will make due and payable the amounts arising from the entry of the products shown on the order.
The computerised records kept in the computer systems of ΔΕΣ COLLECTION and its associated companies shall be considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments between ΔΕΣ COLLECTION and the Buyer. All data, information, records and any other digital data exchanged between the parties shall constitute admissible, valid evidence and shall have the evidential value of a private document. The Parties undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative value of the aforementioned digital data on the basis of their electronic form. Unless proven otherwise, such information shall be valid between the Parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same evidentiary effect as any document drawn up, received or stored in writing.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
We have always valued the collection, processing and protection of your data and privacy as a core company principal and will continue to do so long into the future.Which is why we respect and protect your personal data, pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679, as it has been incorporated to our national legislation and applies today.You can find further information on which data we collect, process, maintain, how we use it, for which reason, as well more information about your rights at our Privacy and Cookies Policy which sets out how we’ll use your information and is considered an integral part of these Terms.

15. CODE OF CONDUCT
ΔΕΣ COLLECTION complies with all Greek and European legislation on consumer rights, online sales and healthy competition, as well as all relevant case law.
16. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed and interpreted exclusively by the relevant Greek legislation (Law 2251/1994 and Decree 131/2003) on consumer protection and e-commerce, which incorporated the EU legislation (2011/83/EU and 2000/31/EU) on consumer rights and e-commerce respectively, regardless of the country of residence of the Buyer or the place from which the Order was submitted.
If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are held by any competent authority or Court to be invalid, unlawful or abusive, such term, condition or provision will be distinguished from the other terms, conditions and provisions herein, which will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale were published by ΔΕΣ COLLECTION on 15.07.2022 and are effective from the date of publication thereof. ΔΕΣ COLLECTION reserves the right to amend the existing Terms and Conditions, but undertakes to notify the Buyers of any such amendments within a reasonable time by posting them on the home page of the Website or elsewhere on this Website. The Buyer will be subject to the policies, Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of ordering, unless any change to such Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy is imposed due to a provision of law (in which case it will apply to orders already registered). Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy shall be construed as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Any dispute arising out of the contractual or extra contractual relationship between ΔΕΣ COLLECTION and the Buyer shall be settled by the competent Courts of Athens.
For the extrajudicial resolution of the dispute, the Buyer may address the competent bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. Kanigos, 10181, Athens, eee.efpolis.gr, tel.: 1520, fax: 210 3843549), the Consumer Advocate (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, 144 Alexandras Street, 11471, Athens, tel.: 210 6460734, fax: 210 6460414), the Consumer Dispute Settlement Committees (Article 11 of Law 2251 /1994) located in the local municipalities of the country. In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC , which was incorporated into Greek legislation by the KYA 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic consumer disputes through the “Alternative Dispute Resolution” procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If the Buyer has a problem with the purchase made from the Online Shop and resides in the EU, he/she can use this website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/ord/main/?event=main.home.show for the out-of-court settlement of the dispute. The Customer may contact the above mentioned body in order to guide him/her throughout the entire process of submitting and handling his/her complaint.
Finally, the protection afforded by the provisions of the Law on Distance Contracts, as well as these Terms and Conditions, is underlined, that they apply only to transactions with natural persons, who are dealing for reasons that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, craft, business or liberal professional activity.
